The two-set sofa arrived in two very well packed boxes. The driver lowered the boxes to the drive and put them into the garage. Your delivery service will vary by location.The on-line instructions are very well done and the box sort of unpacks and unrolls into place. This is definitely a two adult job as each box is marked 120 pounds. The package is mostly sturdy cardboard. As evidence on how well they do the little things they wrap the nasty styrofoam in plastic wrap so the little white balls don't end up everywhere. Well done!Assembly was easy. The two halves of the sofa are aligned from and back and just slid together and a clever system has one side biting onto the other side. I put my wife on one side and I on the other and just sort of leaned together and click they locked together tightly. No wrenches, no nuts, no bolts ... just spin the little thing with the teeth around so it faces the other side of the sofa and push.The fit and finish of the leather, foam, and frame is impeccable. The sofa feels study and solid. The foam in the bottom seat cushion is a firm "sports car" like feel, there's a bit of padding on the arms, and the two pads that touch in the middle are 'sittable' they're comfortable enough. I'm 5'10" and 210 pounds and the seats were plenty big enough. Sitting in them there's plenty of room for a thick blanket wrap.Each of the three seats has smooth 'analog' adjustments through their range. As you recline the legs kick out a bit and then the back starts reclining. The head rest runs up and down smoothly without pinching. The lumbar support can make sitting long periods more enjoyable.In side each deep side pocket was a beautiful black carbon fiber accessory tray that was a perfect fit for my iPad Pro or a bucket of popcorn. The cup holders are illuminated blue as is the footwell of each seat.I'd give six stars if it was heated. This is a very high quality sofa that can be delivered right to your doorstep. I also bought the matching single seat recliner too.

As of this writing, I've owned these for about a week and used them 5 or 6 times. The specific setup I bought is the love seat combo (2 chairs sitting side by side with no middle arms).First, let's talk installation. Each chair arrives in its own package in two pieces. Very convenient for getting them through door openings. Installation took less than 5 minutes and requires no tools. Simply snap the chair backs onto the base and plug them up. There is also a mechanical connection between the seats to keep them snug against each other.As for comfort, these seem like very high quality leather with a reclining range that goes from normal (90 degrees) to almost horizontal (180 degrees). There are also a few adjustments for lumbar support and the headrest that can be made. There is also a LED lighting control (just on/off) that I mostly leave off... if you recline with it on, it will shine enough to disrupt vision on a projector screen with the lights out. There are also some high quality cupholders that are wide enough to support most any cup and has a few extensions that you can purchase separately. There is also a pretty deep storage compartment on each arm.My initial impressions are very good. It looks nice, feels nice, and was super easy to move up our stairs and install within minutes. My wife and I both sit on it with our 9 year old daughter in the middle with our ~60 pound dog piling on with no issues. With a purchase in this price range, the big question mark will be longevity. The materials feel high quality, but I'll update if there are any wear and tear problems in the coming months.

It was well beyond time for us to get a new couch and I wanted something that was comfortable, well-made, reclined, and had lumbar support. I looked through many options and saw connected theater seats were a great option. Realizing that a decent reclining couch with the basic options we wanted was going to be at least $1500, I bit the bullet and decided that with these options, it made sense to go a bit more upscale, especially since so few couches had the lumbar support customization we needed. Finding that we could get free Prime shipping and finance it with our Amazon card over 12 months made me realize it could be a reality.Within 2 hours of clicking the buy button on Amazon, the great company service started to show: I was contacted by a service rep to verify my address and given a personal line to call. Three days before delivery, I got another call giving me a date and 4 hr window for a delivery. Our driver couldn't find our address at first but came back and left the boxes right at our front door. One thing I wish that I had done was to better understand that you will receive 2 boxes that weigh 110 lbs each shrink wrapped on a pallet, so get help as you need it! We also had steep stairs to our loft so getting the boxes upstairs was a bit of a struggle. Other than that, a breeze: assembly was completed in minutes by watching a 3 min video on your phone as a walkthrough- they even had a sticker over the box opening for you to scan the instruction video QR code. I went out for a quick 15 min to grab a bottle of wine to celebrate our new seating and returned to find my friend relaxing on the couch!And it is DEFINITELY relaxing! While it is true that the foot and back recliner aren't independent, you aren't laying back that far at all with your feet up - the back reclines much farther when you want to fully lie down. I also love that we can turn the lighting off, (which many models don't have), and that in receiving this on a 90 degree day in an upstairs room not that well air conditioned that the leather felt cool and comfortable. 3 storage areas for remotes, snacks, a book or two are also great and it's also seriously "compact" in the arm room which I like; the space is given to the seats, not an overstuffed armrest.Bottom line is that we are very happy with our purchase!

received 1 montth ago . so far so good . the vendor said gone a come in 2 parts . the base in a box and the back in an othe box , but came un one big box so would'nt be able to get it inside the door . it was late in the dark i could'nyt see the wires interconected the back and the base together .. ia was worried to destroy something by pulling the back alone .i left it outside all the night . the day after i opened the box , you have a way to deconnect the wires . you can then take the back alone . the base was pretty heavy and peinefull to get it inside .. i fixed it inside . make sure you hear two clicks when you fix the back . till now working very well . Lombar and neck comfort excellent i m 6 ' 7'' it 's ok for tall my feet exceeds out a bit but that's the biggest size i got and after all it 's correct . i recommand

I searched several stores was told there was shortage of leather furniture. Could take at least 10 months. The leather quality was bad. Clearly would peel and crack. NO TOP GRAIN LEATHER WHATSOEVER. Nervous to order online big ticket item w/o testing comfort. Had them 1 day. Firmer than expected but there IS suspension and padding. I soon got used to it and it is comfortable. Wish more neck support, also easily solved with sofa cushion. First sofa I found that is comfortable sitting straight up. Leather is good quality. Looks good. Love deep storage in arms. Some say led lights too bright. I love them; gently reflect on my baseboards. Accessory ports stylish. Getting tray table. Maybe also smartpad stand when this co. gets supplied. The company, represented by Peter, is the most accommodating, responsive customer service I have experienced in 30 yrs. Amazon is great, but I had some complexity in my circumstances. Delivery team great! I expect this 2-seater to last well. People have said pricey, but for this quality it is very reasonable. And I got it in just a few weeks! Fantastic! Wished I hadn't wasted time and energy going to showrooms. I wouldn't delay; it seems there really may be a shortage in durable goods.

This chair works very smoothly and is quite comfortable. It is smaller than I expected but perhaps that's because my previous chair was over sized. It also doesn't go back as much as I had thought but is acceptable.
