Use the driver shipped with the item -
Works perfectly as described. I have a laptop with 1 HDMI port only and wanted to have a 3rd extended monitor, I could not use the USB-C port given my laptop does not support that. Hence, I gave this cable a try, plugged into USB 3.0, installed the driver which comes in the built-in drive, restarted, and, TADAAA. Enjoying 3 extended monitors flawlessly. Thank you CableCreation!

It works good and that is important. I discovered that I could not get full resolution when it was plugged into a USB hub. Also, the boot time on the computer is 3 to 4 times longer. However, it now works perfect with full resolution, and that’s all that counts.

Perfect for additional display
If you have low spec. System than you could face flickering issue otherwise for high-end system no issues working perfectly with my Nvidia card

Awesome product - fulfilled my requirement
I have tried multiple gadgets to extend monitors from my Lenovo laptop but nothing helped me. This product is really amazing. I have installed the driver (FL2000-2.1.36287.0) from frisco site, once the download is complete then put this device USB to VGA to one of the monitors. I have attached another monitor to the HDMI port. Now I can use all the 3 screens (lappy, 2 monitors) for my work.
